What we collect, why, and how to get it deleted. Last updated October 2026.

What we collect

• Your progress. Exercises you've solved and your work in progress are saved in your browser. If you sign in, solved exercises and skills test scores are also saved to your account.
• Your account. When you sign in with Google we receive your name and email address. We never see your Google password.
• Form submissions. When you ask for a plan, cheat sheet, diagnostic or trial, we store the email and details you typed so we can send it.
• Payments. Stripe processes payments. We store your Stripe customer ID and plan status, never your card number.
• Tutor requests. When you ask the tutor, the exercise and the contents of your practice sheet are sent to our AI provider to write the reply.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data, and we only use your email for what you asked for plus occasional practice tips you can unsubscribe from.

Deleting your data

To delete your account and everything linked to it, email hello@spreadsheetpractice.com from the address on your account and we'll do it within 30 days. Clearing your browser's site data removes the progress saved there.
